After two month summer vacations, Zindagi Trust's I-am-paid-to-learn schools are re-opened on 1 st of August 2007. During summer vacations, teachers of Zindagi Trust schools organized six-day summer camp for the students in their respective schools. The rationale for organizing summer camp was to engage students in the skill-based curricular and co-curricular activities. These activities were embedded with social interaction, relating to peers, following instructions, independence, self-regulation and receptive language. Students had a great time participating in summer camp.

The major objective of Zindagi Trust is to educate and create a world of opportunities for underprivileged children. In this connection few measures have been taken to streamline all Zindagi Trust schools in three regions in terms of Academics, school timings & vacations. Academic term from six months has been reduced to four and a half months. Daily school timings have been increased from 3 hours to four hours with Saturdays off. Streamlining Zindagi Trust schools would be a stepping-stone to consolidate our schools as well.
