Karachi witnessed a night of colorful glamour recently at the launch of Hajra Hayat's new “Rang De” collection at Hotel Marriott Karachi. The show, which was organized by the International Women's Club, Pakistan chapter and Catwalk Productions, was part of a fundraising event for the Zindagi Trust. Hayat's collection 'Rang De' - which she prepared especially for the show - consisted of formal and semi-formal outfits in bright colors. Choreographed by Freiha Altaf of Catwalk Productions, it was natural to see all the top models in the show. Iraj, Nadia Hussain, Sunita Marshall, Taitman, Fauzia and Maha all were there to exhibit colorful clothes in style.

IWC is a non-political philanthropy organization, which is involved in various cultural activities. It aims at raising funds for different welfare institutions by organizing social events. “Fund raising has always been an issue with the welfare organizations and we help those people and organizations which are engaged in genuine charity work," explained Mrs. Dolly Kadir, President International Women's Club, Pakistan.

Lt. Gen (R) Munir Hafiez, Patron & Chairman Board of Trustees, Shehzad Roy, President and Noman Nabi, Trustee Zindagi Trust represented Zindagi Trust. Expressing his views on the occasion, Gen. Hafiez highlighted Zindagi Trust's educational projects and its future plans to the audience present at the occasion. He also emphasized on improving the quality of education especially in the Government Sector to produce better citizens for Pakistan.

Shehzad Roy rocked the occasion by performing live infront of the elegant audience who enjoyed the melodious performance. All the proceeds of the show went to Zindagi Trust, Shella Amir, Vice President, International Women's Club handed over the proceeds to Shehzad Roy. She appreciated the work of Zindagi Trust and ensured future support and help from IWC to the trust.
