The Management of SMB Fatima Jinnah Government School has arranged breakfast for 100 children studying in Kindergarten classes. It is monitored and supervised by a committee comprising two teachers, two volunteer parents of children studying in K.G class, Physical Education Coordinator & Project Coordinator.

It is a fact that many children rush to school without having their breakfast and it becomes a habit that carries into their teenage and adult years. This is an unhealthy practice resulting in children’s slow progress in class.

To make children active and ready to go about the day’s academic challenges breakfast program was started on 13th April 2009. Children learn table manners during breakfast activity, which starts at 8am and ends at 8:30 am with Thanksgiving prayers to Allah. Care has been taken to provide a balanced breakfast to children. Weekly menu is as follows:

Monday: Milk & Cookies

Tuesday: Milk & Boiled egg

Wednesday: Milk & Banana

Thursday: Milk Bread & Honey

Friday: Milk & Apple
