Quaid-e-Azam Day was celebrated across Zindagi Trust’s non-formal schools in remembrance of the birthday of the Father of the Nation, Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah.

The events for the day included a debate on what Jinnah did for Pakistan; a speech by students of Classes 4 & 5 on his work; as well as teachers making speeches honouring the Quaid.

At the Mehmoodabad School and the Manzoor Colony campus, students enjoyed debating about Jinnah’s contribution to the making of Pakistan. At Manzoor Colony, students as young as those in Class 3 paid tributes to the Founder of Pakistan and practiced their oratory skills in the process. Their teachers Roze, Rubina Ghaffar, Asma Rani and Mehwish participated actively and enthusiastically in the celebration of Quaid-e-Azam’s memory. Overall, the students enjoyed learning about and remembering the Quaid.
