Zindagi Trust’s commitment to help educate the society completed full circle on 26th May 2006 when it’s first Primary School Graduation Ceremony took place in Lahore. The venue for the event was Zindagi Trust's ‘I am paid to learn’ school in Shahdra. The Chief Guest gracing this memorable occasion was a very prominent figure associated with Urdu Literature - Mr. Amjad Islam Amjad, who is recognized as a well-known poet, an author as well as a playwright in our society.

The ceremony began with the recitation from Holy Quran, followed by speeches made by guests and the students, performances by Zindagi Trust students and the certificate distribution ceremony by Amjad Islam Amjad to the 56 graduates from Zindagi Trust "I am paid to learn" school in Farooqabad and Shahdra. "What Zindagi Trust is giving them is something these children will cherish all their lives and will change their generations." Amjad Sahib remarked on the occasion.

Among the invitees were not only the graduating students from both the Zindagi Trust schools across Lahore with their teachers, but also their proud parents. A sense of accomplishment, pride and triumph was in the air during the entire 3-hour ceremony. The ceremony was rounded up with refreshments being served to the guests.
