Governance
Zindagi Trust operates under the auspices
of a Pakistan-based Board of Trustees. Zindagi
Trust was registered in July 2002 in Pakistan
under the Societies Registration Act 1860 and
donations received in Pakistan are tax-exempt.
All members of the Board of Trustees are volunteers
and serve without compensation.

The Board of Trustees develops strategic goals
and program initiatives; reviews and approves
annual plans and budgets; assists in expanding
outreach, visibility and donor support; and monitors
the progress of the organization.
